OGC STAR training for NPCs – Practical information on how to handle CDAs, Masters, and other research agreements

This training will provide an overview of the Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement (CDA) process, including practical information on administering CDAs as well as outlining commonly disputed issues in CDA negotiations. The presentation will address the process on handling Multi-Site and Master CDAs, as well as Multi-Site and Master Cooperative Research and Development Agreements, and will clarify the distinctions between them. Additionally, the training will include a primer for submitting documents to STAR, familiarizing the NPCs with common STAR vernacular, while providing a useful checklist to facilitate the document submission process for the VA Nonprofits.
