ABOUT \ NAVREF Mentorship Program

The NAVREF Mentorship Program aims to provide individual support and professional development through quality mentoring relationships for all executive directors across our nationwide NPC community. We activate a diverse cross-section of experienced NPC leaders and match them with mentees in need of guidance.

MENTOR REQUIREMENTS

  • We ask mentors commit to one year as a mentor. The mentorship year will concur with the NAVREF Membership Year (July 1 to June 30). 
  • Two years of experience as an executive director is preferred but not required. We are looking for resourceful attitudes and problem solving skills as key characteristics.
