VA Annual NPC Reports to Congress

The statute that authorizes the VA affiliated nonprofit research and education corporations (NPCs) requires VA to submit to the House and Senate Committees on Veterans Affairs an annual report regarding the NPCs and their activities (see 38 U.S.C. §7366, (d)).
