The PowerPoint slides used in the ethics and internal
controls training provided on DVDs that were sent to each NPC by Amy
Centanni in June are linked below. Although the directive mandating the
training has not yet been published, I know many NPC boards are already
working their way through the training, and I hope the slides will be
helpful in following along with the video.

the dates and times that the broadcast will air. This link requires
access to VA’s LMS.
EES also plans to make the training available as a “video
on demand,” but that has not yet been set up. Amy will send a notice to
NPCs when that becomes available.
A couple of NPCs have reported defective DVDs. If you
encounter this problem, please contact Amy Centanni for a replacement.
Finally, don’t forget to ask your board members to certify
that they have viewed the video.
