Organizations submitting proposals must first undergo “Central
Contracting Registration.” See:
http://www.ccr.gov/ Any NPCs anticipating submitting
proposals that are not already registered should go ahead and do
so. For general information about submitting proposals for DOD

2.
Organizations also must register with Grants.gov. See:
http://www.grants.gov/ and
http://www.grants.gov/applicants/get_registered.jsp It
takes up to two weeks to complete the registration process so
again, NPCs anticipating submitting proposals should go ahead
and register.

There will be an
additional three funding opportunities posted for PTSD, and TBI yet
to come for New Investigator Awards, Clinical Consortium Awards, and

We do not have the
https://cdmrp.org/ site quite operational to submit
pre-applications, but should have these postings up tomorrow on the
site and ready to accept submissions on the 17th or 18th of July.
I should have
additional information for you including a Summary Chart for quick
review of eligibility later today or tomorrow.
I am aware that
most of the calls I have received are concerning the deadlines for
pre-applications, the first mandatory step of the submission
process.

Awards Letter of Intent will be August 2, 2007, 5:00 p.m., Eastern
Time, on the
